Landlord Buddy can support the matter.
We confirm the likely work and the applicable rate before further paid support proceeds. The £49 already paid is credited against that support charge.
Human support
If you want Landlord Buddy to get involved in a specific tenancy problem, the first £49 is an initial Case Support payment. It is part of the consultancy fee, not a separate fixed-fee tenancy review.
Tell us what has happened, what outcome you are trying to achieve and which property the issue relates to. We use the tenancy record and the relevant documents already held in Landlord Buddy to understand the scope before further paid work is agreed.
This £49 is credited against the Landlord Buddy Case Support fee if we agree to take the matter on. It does not buy a separate full case review.

We confirm the likely work and the applicable rate before further paid support proceeds. The £49 already paid is credited against that support charge.
We tell you rather than manufacturing support hours that are unlikely to help.
We say so and, where useful, can offer a route to specialist legal support.
Different starting points
For a genuinely new matter that first arises while paid Landlord Buddy membership is active, agreed Case Support is currently £40/hour.
We can also consider pre-existing matters. Where accepted, those cases are currently £65/hour with a minimum five-hour engagement because the earlier tenancy history and chronology normally need to be reconstructed first. The initial £49 payment is credited against the agreed support charge.
Case Support is practical residential-lettings support. Landlord Buddy is not a law firm and does not replace a solicitor where reserved legal work, representation or specialist legal advice is required.
When landlords use Case Support
The rent increase has become disputed and the chronology and evidence need reviewing.
You need somebody to understand the position and help scope the sensible next step.
You have received communication that changes the risk or requires a considered response.
The right next step depends on the specific history, documents and evidence.
