Inventory and check-in
Inventory preparation and check-in attendance are not included in the Let Only fee. Let Property can organise a separate quote if you would like either service.
Ongoing property management is also separate. You remain the landlord responsible for day-to-day management unless you later instruct a full-management service.

“Let Only, delivered by Let Property” is deliberately explicit. It avoids suggesting that Landlord Buddy itself is the letting agent while giving landlords one connected route from an empty property to self-management.
