Member referral programme
Refer a landlord. Build the monthly prize.
Landlord Buddy members can create a unique 21-day referral code. The new landlord gets 10% off their first three monthly membership payments. When they complete 12 continuous paid weeks, your referral becomes a prize-draw entry and adds £15 to the pot.

How it works
A simple journey, visible in the app.

The referred landlord receives 10% off their first three monthly membership payments. Annual plans keep the normal annual price.
12 paid weeks
The referral qualifies after 12 continuous paid weeks. If paid membership ends before qualification, the referral does not become a draw entry.
Your draw number appears
Each qualified referral receives its own numbered entry and adds £15 to the relevant monthly prize pot. Multiple qualified referrals mean multiple entries.
The monthly draw
Drawn live on the first Tuesday evening.
The eligible entry list is locked before the draw. We show the numbered entries in Landlord Buddy, then run the draw live on Google Meet using Google’s random number generator. The winning number is recorded against the locked entry list in WordPress.
No separate fee is charged to enter the promotional draw. Full eligibility and promotional terms apply.

If your number wins
Take the prize, donate it, or split it.
The winner can receive the prize as a Love2shop voucher, donate the full amount to Landlord Buddy’s nominated homelessness charity, or choose an amount to donate and receive the balance as a voucher.
For 2026/27 our nominated homelessness charity is St Mungo’s in London. The nominated charity can change over time so donations can be directed to organisations doing frontline homelessness work.
Transparency
Your referrals and numbers stay visible.
Members can see each referral’s progress, qualification date and draw number in the app. Landlord Buddy’s administration record retains the corresponding entry list, contact details, qualification information and recorded winning number.
